Avery Place Cabin

Enjoy this handsome, roomy (1,130 sq. ft.) 2 story cabin nestled among the pines and offers peek-a-boo views of the lake in each room. The cabin is situated in a friendly area of Vallecito Lake, known locally as the deep end, and a short walk to lake access. Inside, enjoy a spacious living room with seating for 6 on lavish suede furniture, a crackling fireplace, and an entertainment system with movies, and Netflix. Please note, if you are 6’ and taller, the ceiling beams in the living room are low in two areas.

Our sunny kitchen has all the amenities for excellent cooking, and a dining area which seats 4-persons with window seating. There is a half bath on the first floor and air conditioning. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms where 4 adults can comfortably sleep like kings and queens on lavishly comfortable king size mattresses. The master bedroom also has a full private bathroom, and there is also a full bathroom in the hallway. To accommodate six persons, there is a full-size pull-out couch with can sleep two young persons, $35 fee. The cabin is thoroughly stocked with linens, cleaning supplies, personal care products, and all amenities to cook with.

Outside, the cabin has a large, covered patio with plenty of furniture and Charcoal BBQ for fresco dining. Dine under the covered deck! Avery Place has Lake Access within walking distance. We supply a paddle board, canoe, standard-size lifejackets, two fishing poles.

Right at home

"Our stay at Avery Place was everything we were looking for. The cabin was comfortable, relaxing and peaceful. We were later than expected getting to the cabin, but upon our after-daylight arrival we were greeted with a nice warm well-lit cabin. We felt right at home. Rene was awesome! Not only did she make sure we had excellent directions to the cabin, she stopped by the next day to make sure we had everything we needed, answer any questions we had and offer recommendations of places to go around town/lake. "Avery Place cabin was perfect for our family! The photos do not do it justice – it’s much cozier in person. In spite of the cabin’s close proximity to neighboring cabins, it feels private, due to the placement of the cabins on the property. The cabin is not directly on the water, but one can view the water at a distance, through the trees. Fishing equipment, a canoe, SUP and lifejackets are available, which is an added bonus! Rene was an excellent hostess, very personable and responsive. She even left a treat for our dog! We had a wonderful time, and it was everything we hoped for and more – we will definitely return!!" "This was our second time resting in this cabin from Rene. As always, the cabin was clean, it was quiet and just what myself and husband needed to recharge and unwind.
